Water: CARL's commitments alongside its member municipalities
In the exceptional sanitary context that Guadeloupe has been experiencing for several weeks now, and in order to cope with the shortage of water suffered by households on its territory, CARL has taken additional measures to those taken at the beginning of the year in order to support the population of its member communes of La Désirade, Le Gosier and Sainte-Anne.
